this is really great timing because ive been finding m2 or even m1 equivalent on windows, its just a bummer most of the software that i use isnt available natively on mac os

I just really want the Asus, but with a matte, bright, IPS display for better battery life.
Basically just put in the display from the HP one.

Its crazy how much more expensive these are in the UK compared to US.
The british pound is at its lowest price / us dollar in years, so us, the consumer have to pay way more than our American neighbours across the water

One thing you don’t talk about is where you can use the M2 (and also M1/M2 MBP with fan). The M2 MBA can be used on a blanket/in your bed without worry. You will most likely suffocate any of the other devices that have open slits at the bottom or sides, especially if they have the fans running at all times.

Why am I bringing this up? This is how I killed (fried the TCON chip) my old 2017 13″ intel MBP.

Hey Dave!
Where do you think the Galaxy Book 2 Pro/360 fit into this equation?
I haven’t seen people talk about them that much, and I’d love to know your thoughts on it.
Especially the 13″ Pro 360 model. It seems to offer the most bang for buck at that price.

Samsung is the only company apart from Apple that has anything even resembling an ecosystem, and if there’s anyone I trust to get into the nitty-gritty of it, it’s you.

Would love to see a video on that range sometime. Fingers crossed. Cheers!

It should always be restated that windows laptops take a dosedive in performance when on battery, which is not the case with macbooks, for which performance is the same. That makes a huge difference in a laptop.

With everyone of these MacBooks, if you are the type of person that uses your laptop outside, then they are completely useless. They turn into furnaces and are unusable. My asus with a 3070 gives me zero issues and it’s cool to the touch. My macbook burns my legs and freezes. Just be aware
