I too was hoping that this new M2 MacAir would be my first Mac. Apple should have put in a fan. Two step forward and 1.5 steps back. Ugh. Maybe wait for the 14” Pro update in silver. My Dell 15” XPS “4K” screen is about to die.

By the way, 40 Celsius is 104 Fahrenheit. Yes a fan might be a good idea at 104. If you take outside, probably, it might be even higher.

the design of the machine isn’t as good. But apple and its iOS isn’t worth the crazy prices since windows raised its game (slickness wise).
