I ordered the M2 MBA 512/16 GB and I don’t think all these issues will affect me because I’ve never owned a proper laptop and Im not going crazy

It’s criminal to charge more than last years model with this kind of ssd and heat dissipation. Happy with my m1 for basic tasks that I do. It’s holding up well. May be couple of generations more and will do an upgrade.

Apple stop stealing from people please

Great that you review this device and with the known quality content !
Thermals are the bottleneck on this device and it’s only good for burst workloads unfortunately…
Beautiful nevertheless !

It is too bad the M2 still can only drive one external display. It should be able to drive two external displays, even if it is less than 6K @ 60 Hz. Enough customers were asking for this since M1.

When the Pro is better than the Air. I guess you gonna need a laptop cooler if you’re too worried about the device. The design and colour does lean towards a better device, but this is certainly not for super content creator. Just get it if you want a good laptop for OTG stuff.

This is an AWESOME device for light work but the M2 chip really does benefit from airflow
