Just wait till the next Mac book air comes out in like September or October. From what I hear the same laptop case but better drives and next step up in m2 processor . I heard it’s gonna be called the MacBook Pro air or air pro.

SD Card and HDMI are missing from this machine. People who like thin and light machines still have occasion to plug things in. Death to dongletown.

M2 is the tock to the M1 tick, but at 300 dollars extra, that’s a hell no for me dawg. M1 Air is still my recommendation to any and all.

To me given the basic upgrades you would want on this (and given that the MacBook Pro 14 has been on sale for 1799) that seems like maybe the way to go if you want there new design. Or, just get the older m1 version on sale for $800. This really doesn’t seem worth the price to me.

I too was waiting for the M2 hoping that Apple silicon would finally support multiple external displays.

I think who are watching this there already had old macbook laptops😂😂😂😂 just for satisfaction there are watching this and there are happy with this review.but actually macbook air M2 laptop is better than old laptops.

You get rtx 3060 laptops for that price in the market that crush every workload.

I agree regarding the 256gb drive, Apple should be disclosing the reduced speeds compared with the upgrades. Apple are guilty of this with this iPhone and iPad, too, the base storage option was always slower than the upgraded options.
