one of the most practical comparison videos available. I purchase the 14″ M1 MacBook Pro from Apple. I only optioned for the 16 core and 1 TB drive. I am a photographer and the device is the absolute perfect travel companion. I can edit and enhance photos on the fly. the unplugged battery life is excellent. The display is a little too saturated for accurate color grading of photos. H However, its more accurate than my Dell PC and much faster than I core 7 with a decent graphic card.

finally switched from Windows to Mac after using Windows for 13 years… oh god this laptop is a beast, it’s focused on productivity. I am in love with user interface and professional use case.

In my opinion, the 14″ 16″ MBP keyboards are different from the keyboards that are on even the 2020 M1 Macs, and they feel nicer (and you can see they differ on paper too as the new ones have 0.9mm of travel whereas the ‘old new’ one that Apple switched to in 2019 w/ the 16″ MBP has a 1mm key travel). Even though they travel less, the new ones with the black keyboard well feel better (well, the keyboard well is not really a feature of the keyboard, but you get my point).

I’m mad that they didn’t use the darker shade of the space gray that they are using with other apple products, like iPads, iPhones, Intel Mac mini and the old iMac Pro. Even the baseline iPad with no design change comes with the darker space gray yet for the new MacBooks the color is still the light and bland version of the space gray.

Got this computer haven’t received it yet…it’s my first Mac although I’ve been iPhone user since the 2006, Apple Watch for as long as I can remember and we have 4 iPads. Watched a few videos on it and find it funny how many people make a point to point out the notch. 😂 Anyway…cheers.

I have the 2017 MacBook Pro but I badly want this, the slightly bigger screen really sells it to me as the perfect size and also the updated processor.

I ordered a 14″ with the same specs featured here, although with 32 GB ram. I have to wait until the first week in April for it to arrive so I’m in great anticipation. I’m still using my 2012 MacBook pro and while it still works pretty well, it recently took a bad fall which rendered the trackpad unclickable, tap to click works which how I’m using it currently, but boy is that annoying. Can’t wait for the new one to arrive!
