Hey! I’ll be pursuing mba in canada and primary use would be ms office productivity and some python, have never been in the apple ecosystem, should i go for this mba air m1 or some windows laptop?
Also, for windows will 8gb suffice?

Disagree. I am an Apple user, but SENT MY MACBOOK AIR 4 back after 3 days for 2021 Asus Zenbook 14. Cost 2/3 less. Easier to use. Sync up great with iPhone and runs all apps I use. Mac OS sux and not same as iphone / iPad Os system. If you are a recently retired like me and spent life on windows, recommend you don’t buy Mac Book. You will be lost. Screen terrible.

I can edit 4K video with no problem. Why buy the MBP when the MBA will do the job with no problem?

I just got one last week and it’s insane how fast it is. Battery life is amazing and it’s just so good to use. Also build quality is unmatched.

I think intel is better then M1 even M1 has 8 cores. Intel architecture are the best and powerful so far
