Hi, I was planning to buy MacBook air M1 8GB ram 256 GB SSD version. I am currently pursuing computer science engineering in Artificial Intelligence. Would this model be fine. Some told me to buy a 16GB version, do I seriously need to upgrade. I am relly confused.

the m1 MacBook air’s microphone is great but when he switched from his headset to his laptop’s mic, it sounded different and it’s normal cause you can’t compare a headset to a laptop’s mic….if he had started with the m1’s mic it wouldn’t be weird.

Hi Andres! This video was the best I found in terms of a review. Thank you! I had a question, I’m going to be working on premier pro a lot for a course I’m taking and buying the pro is way over budget for me. The Dell xps is also something I’ve been considering buying. Which device would you say is better – this macbook air or the 14″ Dell xps?

Your review is slightly inaccurate the MacBook Air M1 does in fact have 8 cores GPU if you get 512gb and above it’s only the 256gig version that has 7 !

owning the base model of 8GB RAM and 256 storage. in 99% of cases, I’m satisfied and not regret purchasing this at all.
in 1% cases, I found that 8GB is still not enough for my use cases of heavy Google Chrome browsing & using web app.

but all in all, it’s perfect laptop for my usage.
