I got my air 1 month ago fantastically amazing device but I have just one question I heard everyone is talking that speaker aree too good and it’s also true quality of sound produced by speakers is amazing weather is bass treble or vocals but the sound is not that loud in noisey situations you feel need to have earphones but in silent situations like they are fantastic is there only my Mac has this issue or all the Mac’s have the same

I bought a base model M1 Air and absolutely love it. I still use a windows machine for gaming but i love my macbook now and can see myself upgrading to an M2 Air when they are released.

Back in 2013 I bought a 2013 MacBook Air but then I swore off all laptops because it was so hot to touch that I considered it to be unusable. The hottest surface area was under the popular WASD keys, which is where I presume the Intel CPU was located. However my M1 Mini is not hot at all, so maybe an M1 Air is going to be acceptably cool. However the lack of full size arrow keys still dooms all laptops in my opinion.

The Biggest downside for me is the Battery. After 6 months, it rapidly started to drop, from 100% to 96% within 3 months. Just for a normal use it does not even last for 9 hours.

I buy m1 air for last month too i get 16gb ram 256 ssd for around 1000$ brand new from shop i am verry happy…
But for future i want a M1 pro 14 or 16 inch .. 😀 good video cheers from Europe

Thanks, good to know. I’m considering it. What is that adapter’s name/model connected on left side? How has been your experience with it and that and any other ports addition adapters you’d recommend? Do they impair computer’s performance if there are 2/3 simultaneous devices connected to Macbook air?

I have the m1 pro… 8gb of ram really start to be insufficient these days. If you have the 16gb ram version, though, it’s still a great purchase in 2022.

What is the usb C hub you’re using here ? I’ve been hearing about how the usb c hubs have been killing macbook airs especially the ones with pass through charging…. So a bit hesitant get em. How has it been for you? Oh and I’ve been loving my MacBook Air 16gb for well over a year now and it’s been awesome
