In my opinion apple is still not ready to get rid of the home button, first ‘cause they still don’t know how to implement the fingerprint scanner in other ways (under-display, back/side of the phone…), and second if they do, they would have to delete the Ipad line-up with the home button (that would be stupid knowing that it’s selling super well) !

My mother with 70 years would much rather have a button than thinner bezels and trying those swiping movements to exit apps etc. There’s a bigger demographic than we might think for this type of phone. Most likely, as a son, I will purchase one for my mother. Apple knows how to work the family ecosystem.

I wish some Android phone maker would make something like this. Rectangular small display, IPS, flagship specs!

Don’t forget the simple single camera, with a minimal camera bump. No camera bump would be best, but this is good enough.

I’ve been saying this since the 2020 se but people aren’t taking about it. The phone isn’t having bad battery life because of the (high power chip and small battery) because the 13 mini has a small battery and a larger display yet get way more battery life. It’s the se display to blame, the lcd display is very inefficient panel that’s quite old now

Right now I have Motorola G5s plus, and i think that maybe about a year later from now I will buy this iPhone SE. A perfect budget phone in my opinion.
