The iPhone SE is so disappointing to me. I still use an iPhone 8 because neither the 2020 SE nor the 2022 one is a real upgrade to it. Yes it has a better chip but even my old 8 still works fine and fluid but I’d need a better camera and way better battery life. Even my Galaxy S20 Ultra has a longer battery life and I’m a heavy user.

I’d instantly buy an iPhone with a homebutton that’s more like a 13 Mini. Apple’s swipey choice isn’t as comfortable as Android’s “real” homebutton.

I have an original SE, which needed some maintenance actions (battery change, recently). And it has been with me for more than 5 years (still in good condition), so I think if I go with this one, it will be the same giving me good value for my money. also, I like the Home button.

honestly what apple could have done instead of using the iphone 8 body is just using the iphone xr, get rid of the face id sensors, and use the power button as a touch id sensor, like the one that’s on the ipad air

I still got the original SE from 2016. I don’t want to upgrade to another phone but my ish been lagging and closing out since it updated it self. Someone told me its because of the aging and it probably couldn’t handle the new update. I was leaning towards getting the 13 Pro but now Im not sure if I should just get the SE third generation.

Just for $300 more you get the 13 mini indeed but for $100 more than a 13mini gets you the normal 13 or.. 2 se’s. I could imagine alot of companies that use iphones in business buy these

Previously I had an iPhone 8
Then I bought iPhone SE 2020
And maybe I’ll get the new SE later
I just love the home button more
than face recognition.

Bought the IPhone SE 2020 when it was released, liked the phone but terrible battery life had to sell after a few months and get an IPhone 12.

Based on this review it sounds like it hasn’t improved for the new one. Unless you are a light phone user I wouldn’t bother with the SE series.

But here the SE more expensive so then its better to get a midrange android because then you get more for you money because I know you can keep android for very long as well and the difference isnt that big lol.

I love how high tech first world reviewers need changes and improvements all the time. “how much more can it cost”.

I think is better that they lower prices and reuse the same designs so the cellphones are more repairable and less e-waste is generated.

But well, it is more important that I have New things, New color, New display… all the time so I change my cell phone once a month

Less is more.
Not interested in 100 mp cameras put in a phone just for the marketing spec war, Oled screens or stupidly fast charging. I just need a normal phone which I can use to talk, text, read the news.
I’m not glued to the screen for 12 h per day like others.
