iPhone SE exists only as a budget entry for the ecosystem.
Remember, the SE 2022 only sounds bad because if it was any better, it would eat into the sales of iPhone 13.
How would it eat into the iPhone 13 sales, you may ask? Well, if you’re looking to buy an iPhone, and you have the money for a 13, why would Apple want you to even consider the SE?

The reason why they don’t just give it a new body, better display etc. Is because then it becomes an iPhone 11 or 13 mini, which they still sell.

Last SE was great but this one should have been in the iPhone X body. If I decided to buy an SE now I would go for the old one since the phone is the same except for the power which nobody really needs in such a budget phone.

I still have my SE 2020 (first iPhone) and at $399 during that time was actually fair. Thinking about upgrading but then again with the latest chip and only using the phone for average usage does one really need to upgrade? Depends on the circumstances. Although, I’m still debating on upgrading hahaha. The apple ecosystem is very entertaining 😂

i just bought a renewed 128gb iphone 11 from amazon for the EXACT same price as the 64gb se. i think i got a good deal on my 11. im happy with my purchase. I dont need or want 5g so it doesnt make a difference to me
