I m glad Marques mentioned iPhone 11 cause that’s the SE for people asking for more from Apple in that price range. Other things this phone got going is the light weight. This SE is strictly for those who love the light weight and home button.

Let’s not forget that servicing this iPhone 8 based phone is much cheaper than if it would have been based on an iPhone X or newer.
For instance a screen replacement for the SE is $130 while for the XR/11 it’s $200, and for the rest it ranges from $230 to $330.

What I would like to see on most phones these days are 1-2 mm thicker to give us more battery, phones don’t need to be thin as paper. The longevity would increase a lot by not having to change the battery, which is what most people have to do after some time and lots of people just buy a completely new phone instead. It was ok back when phones where thick af but these days 1mm extra on the back wouldn’t hurt.

Who has a little bit sense of mobile tech will never buy this trash in 2022 .

Yeah. I was really excited for the SE2, but when I bought it and then saw the first 12 Mini come out… I had to switch! Purple Mini feels like what the SE2 should’ve been.

They don’t change the formula because they would have to do research or they would have higher costs, they don’t change the formula because it would eat into the sales of their other (pricier) models.

Damn, Apple milking the 60hz screen and iPhone 6 design (2014) in their 2022 phone release. Imagine rocking this phone in 6 years time, thats a 14 year old design! At least give an iPhone X body with the new chip, that would be sweet
