They should have used the body of iPhone XR with the same specs. I think that would have been a good new upgrade to SE lineup.

Oh, please, the Fruit company is notorious for finding ways to repackage its old junk into something that it can sell new to its Fruit Flies who don’t expect much. I have to applaud the Fruit company for conning its customers who don’t ask questions and will buy anything with a Fruit logo. This makes so much economic sense for the Fruit company. Rather than to innovate in the budget segment, it just repurposes its decade old look and then to bring down what was top of the line chips to its budget area and then to extend the revenue production from long paid for tooling. I shopped on a budget last year and bought a One Plus 8 when the new version was coming out and paid $499 for the spec best phone at that price point and I have not regretted anything and love the size of the phone and the wonderful display. I buy a phone to make calls (imagine that) and to do mobile things. I really don’t take pictures unless I need to and I never shoot video. Nothing about a Fruit phone impresses me. And my Android phone works and integrates with my windows 11 machine and I can make and receive calls hands free on my computer with a headphone/microphone. I really hate holding these overall phones to make calls – uncomfortable and stupid how you have to hold it away to hear and to speak without accidentally hitting an icon on the screen with one’s ear.

I believe the iPhone SE 2024 will use the iPhone 12/13 mini form factor. That’s why there are a lot of speculations and rumors that Apple might discontinue the mini line up.

Bro how can you even tell this is a budget phone 429$ isthis cheap. This is really overpriced and no battery in it even though it have 720p lcd display. I think the pice must be 299$ with a charger and a headphone must be compensated. But this phone is totally trash.

It’s kind of like Muscle Cars.

Not as good aerodynamics, not much mileage or anything of that sort and cheaper than supercars, but the power is just so high.

Dear mkbhd, Before telling your audience how good a phone is please use it for at least 20 days. U are telling everything that apple advertised well we know that but we watch your channel to know is it really worth it. Other 300 dollar phones are way better then this phone. You are saying here normal se users don’t look for many features so its perfect but i totally disagree. Many people buy apple just for the logo no matter what they just want an iphone, but u should not judge by this. Be fare to other phone companies and also to your audiences who actually wants a good phone at a good budget. Apple could atlist give a bit bigger screen at this price . Wht is the use of a A15 chip in this small screen phone ?? I just don’t understand. In this era where phone is a necessity every one deserves a bigger screen phone at this price point. Anyways thanks .

what would make it more appealing in my opinion, is a last gen chip with a corner to corner display. The chip is to compensate for the screen in terms of price

I think the new body will be introduced when the iPhone 15 or 16 releases. Then they’ll use the 13’s body.
