I’m glad that the SE line continues as Apple’s budget phones.
The battery is the biggest major concern because battery is what matters most

For mom & pop n gma & gpa it works. Some ppl don’t want to be immersed in their phone. For them it just a phone and occasional camera. I’m still miss Touch ID.

The design of this phone may be old, but at least it doesn’t have the dreaded notch or the ridiculous stove-like camera pump on the back. When compared to the current Samsungs, for example, it does look outdated, but I actually prefer its looks to the current iPhones!

I would argue that SE stands for “Silver Edition” and I think you hit the nail on the head at the end of the video. My 70 year old mother looked at my iPhone 13 and asked “How do you use your phone without a home button?” After explaining gesture controls to her, she was still just staring at me with a confused look.

At this price range, I rather choose the old iPhone XR or the iPhone 11 if you have little extra money (but i recommend to save the money for this) because the A12 or A13 bionic is powerful enough to do all daily tasks, playing games and etc, so A15 is just a “thing” to make you choose the newest SE. Not recommended, very dissapointed and overpriced.. seriously? No night mode? Single camera? Same old screen ratio? LCD screen with HD+ res?
