If Apple really want to make good “budget” iPhones like the SE’s, they just should revive the iPhone XR. Like an iPhone 13R, I think that would sell way more than any SE has.

This is gonna sound very absurd but I got the iPhone 13 pro right now and I’m gonna swap. Love the phone, it’s great. But I spend way too much time on it than I would like to admit and I often find the form factor a bit cluncky with me on my workouts and runs. Barely use the camera anymore. So I’ve ordered the SE and my GF will take my 13 Pro. Will I absolutely regret it? Maybe, but I’m doing it as a small experiment. Worst case scenario I’ll swap again later and take the loss.

Love how much the put in this little phone. But the 11 is still better. Display, camera, battery, etc. just $70 more

I hope apple makes the mini series the new SE version sometime in the future, that would make this phone a no-brainer in the budget market.

What is the point of an overkill chip if you cant even game or use it for content? I feel like poeple dont need an A15 to check their emails and make phone calls?

There are somany options on the Android side that buying this phone is just dumb

I like the razzle dazzle in a phone but at the end of the day…how many times are you using those features. I like the simplified SE and love the price. Camera does need an upgrade though lol. Nice vid Marques

429 bucks, so… can you get a 11 pro refurbished or used? I would go for a better one since the camera and battery is the main feature these days. I had an SE 2020 and man, take a charger everywhere, battery’s always about to die.. it’s sucks!

A refurbished iPhone 11 Pro Max on Amazon is the same price as the 3rd Gen SE. 3 cameras, bigger battery, bigger and better screen, all around better phone. Don’t waste your money.

Probably in the next 3year they’ll release a SE with a 10 or a 11 body and maybe that will dominate “budget” phones in the future 🤔

It’s 100% difficult to watch tech recommendations from YouTubers nowadays just because they’re so out of touch from what 98% of the masses actually look for. They all became so spoiled from manufacturers giving them review units for free that to them they’d just want the most expensive period. That’s essentially their barometer of how good a tech is now. If it’s the most expensive, it’s going to be the best for 98% of the masses. Now I just watch them to see how out of touch they are.

The specs for the price are great, but it’s such a let down to stick with such an old design. They could’ve at least used the XR or 11 just to get the bigger screen
