They should have used Iphone 8 plus or Iphone X chassis this time, that would have made this generation of SE an extremely great device.

Imagine how good this would be if it was in a Redmi Note 10 Pro body with that camera setup, screen, and side button fingerprint sensor. But no, apparently that is too hard for Apple to do. They can coast and people will still buy these things.

I think a XR but with the Soc of the 12 series so it’d still have 5G, maybe even make the back plastic to keep the price point low would’ve been more appealing

I would not recommend it. Buy an iPhone 11. An SE Customer won‘t notice the difference in SOC performance but they will notice a better screen and an ultrawide camera. If there‘s a little more budget, get the 13 Mini on a discount.

Maybe back in 2017 they produced way too many iphone 8s, so now they still have to get rid of the chassis 5 years later 😀

If they would update just the screen under the glass, the charge capabilities-you can buy a great small battery case but a lot don’t want to-and add night mode, that would be the longer term phone.

I’ve had all the gene of the se . I’m a DoorDash driver and I love how inexpensive it is. The battery definitely can’t keep up but it still does the job. Also tbh the home button keeps me coming back too.
