Yo I got the iPhone 7+ . My backcamera isn’t working. It only works on instagram bit it’s zoomed in like 2x. Did you ever heard of something similar?

You can pull of the back metal on an iPhone 7/7+8/8+/SE2/SE3 and take the home button cable out and put it in another phone. Only problem is it will probably destroy the screen but it’s good if you have a heap of dead screens sitting and good screens with broken home button cables

Broo there is a flex cable under the steel plate on the display remove the plate and put a new flex is that simple u dont have to change the whole screen 😄

My home button fell off after a while of my screen being broken I wish I can fix it but we’re broke and it still works as a phone so I’m ok with that

Although because the SE3 is a fairly new phone I haven’t been out that even a year she can always get a screen replacement through Apple through the warranty program, I work for an Apple authorized service partner and that’s what we would recommend. And I personally can look the other way for the backglass.
