For me, getting this phone would mean waiting a significant amount of time so it can drop in price, was actually planning to get the IPhone 12 Pro, but cinematic/macro mode and 120Hz are tempting me a bit, also would I take benefit of Pro Res as a regular phone user?

I completely understand your viewpoint however, I fell like the 🐑 need higher expectations. Apple capitalize off the planets ignorances toward what they expect in a smartphone. That “it’s good enough for me” mindset is why we keep getting a incremental uprgrade but for a higher price tag and the masses just oblivious to it because of the pop culture standpoint of “I got the Newest IPhone & you don’t broke boy” mentality. A decade later & no SD card slot or faster wireless charging knowing Pro Res is gonna require those I/O features since it eats a lot of Data. They just pushed 120hz (ABOUT DAM TIME) but we need more AAA console like games on the App Store or Arcade to better utilize the A15 & the M1 respectively. The general masses needs to open their eyes & demand more for what their paying. Samsung yearly products literally shows the masses; Hey we redesign hardware to aid your everyday experiences. Dont push a “Pro” model if u not gonna add SD Card slot. Idgaf about that Cloud storage option. Give pro/general users choice dnt just give us what u think is best. For the general users, I just want them to be self aware of Apples mentality & demand more. They deserve it and so do the pro users

Aaron I love your videos and feedback about phones.
I still prefer P lines from HUAWEI. This problem with battery I never had with p30 pro. Except the google problem , I still think they have the best phones ever.

I’m not an Apple fan. I don’t like their “closed garden” approach, but I do certainly estimate the quality of their devices and the software running on them. I don’t like their marketing strategy thought. If I were an Apple phone user who replace their phone every two – three years, the iPhone 13 is the one I would certainly skip.
As in every house terrace in the land, the number 13 is not even there – almost universally.
One more thing… I watched your video twice, not being an Apple man, just because it is a masterpiece of writing and production, like a mini-film with a great and imposing presence, where the phone is a casual object of attention.
I mean that, with your style, you could produce something of great artistic value on any matter you happen to like.
