Mike Fisher you’re probably the best storyteller of YouTubes. I love your high quality content and the fact you are only buying the latest iPhone for its cameras. It’s a huge testament for how good and superior the Android devices have been in relation to iOS these past few years.
I only use iOS devices for work and I can’t stand using them.
The keyboard is definitely one of my peeves on iOS.
After using SwiftKey since 2010, it’s hard to use anything else. Even SwiftKey on iOS is not nearly as useful, customizable and intuitive it is on Android.
It’s shocking how behind Apple is with their iPhones compared to Android devices.
Heck, even near free phones like a Moto G Stylus 5G or a Moto One 5G Ace seem more useful to and functional compared to these fancy iOS smartphones that can cost well over $1,000.
They don’t have the same amount of raw processing power or the mind blowing cameras but they’re multi-tasking monsters in comparison with up to 2 day battery, headphone jack, NFC, Type C charger and 5000mAh battery, 128GB storage, SD card expansion and 6GB RAM.
Please tell me, what’s the point of iPhones for the everyday user other than bragging rights and a status or fashion symbol?!
And it doesnt matter how many times you shout USB C, I see no point because I have tonnes of lighting accessories that I dont to throw away. Its not like Apple can’t do it, i chose not to do it and I can see their point. Just stay on android and please stop reviewing Apple. By the make sure you dont scratch the screen on your foldable with your fingernail.
That hot dog looks absolutely disgusting. Did they even cook it?
The soft screen of foldables put me off them for now. When your nails can even leave permanent marks on the screen, I rather stay away from them.
Thanks for the video.
i guess the MARQ Captain is your favorite watch after all haha
Michael and David…. Best duo since Julian and Miles.
iPhone 4S was peak iPhone, not iPhone 3G. I’m still waiting for an iPhone that makes me feel the way that phone did. Foldables are a work in progress and while that makes them interesting with the risks that they take, they are not ready for prime time in any sense of the word.
no need to upgrade to 13 if you’ve got Xs or newer
Watching this on my Galaxy s21 ultra. 📲🤳
Your videos are always so satisfying to watch. The execution is on point!
face id sucks straight up
excellent video, honest opinions, awesome…..just a suggestion Michael, you could open a second channel where you refer and review books that you read….waiting eagerly for that to happen soon……
Absolutely b****y marvellous! NOT the phone, the Story!! Sorry, watched David’s first, but this came along as a delightful Part Two complement to his – you guys just HAVE to patent the RoadTrip format – it’s already yours 😊 You’ve crystallised my belief here that I have to see the Pixel 6 and Fold3/Flip long-term reviews before replacing an out-of-date iPhone. Most of my day-to-day Sheeting Netting & Webbing needs are handled by a combo of several Androids and Windows 11, only backed-up by an ageing MacBookPro. You, yourself, have taken mobile boldly to a new level – Apple have now made Lightning the BEST reason NOT to buy an iPhone, yet 😊🖖
I could’ve used one of those “Hot Single Trekkies” ads 20 years ago 😛
Brilliant Content as Always. 👍
Damn Michael, loved this concise and no-fluff review. I carry two phones (iPhone 13 Pro Max and a Z Fold3, personal phone is the iPhone with the Fold3 for business) and always find myself grabbing the Fold when it comes to a task that either could do. If it weren’t for iMessage and my family’s hatred of green texts – I’m not sure I’d even want an iPhone given how bland and boring it has become. Love the music throughout the review too!
Apple: a company that doesn’t listen to its customers
