While I totally get the reviewers side of wanting phones to be different. Recommending I buy a flip phone the continues to have issues and weaker camera for the near the same price as a phone that will most likely last me. Still seems irresponsible

In my opinion, MrMobile is the best tech channel I’ve ever watched. No to hate on the others, Mrwhosetheboss and MKBHD are utterly excellent, but Michael Fisher is in another league!

Interesting thoughts as usual. Funnily enough I am actually growing very tired of apple focusing so much on the camera, as it’s something I don’t really care about, and I wish they’d stop placing so much emphasis on it each year and focus on something else. I don’t really see that much of an improvement for my limited use cases.

Uhh… last year’s iPhone 12 Pro had stainless steel too… that has nothing to do with the weight increase. It’s the bigger battery that’s to blame.

Yeah, with the way these carriers are hoarding them for new subscribers only on some models, and just the overall issues that can come from a SINGLE source for everything from service, to parts, to whatever to have it work like it should without you having to buy several illegal devices from China to swap serial numbers and reset this and that, IN THE HOPES that it’ll work when you’re done, which can’t be done on the 13 series at all right now. I keep looking at the Samsung Galaxy Fold3 and I’m like, I like that better because of overall what it provides EXTRA, for exactly the same amount (actually slightly less) than Apple’s most $$$$ phone. Expandable storage is also not an issue with Samsung…so, idk…at least with some models anyway.

Just love how he is unlike any other mobile/tech/smartphone youtubers, some just do plain old camera tests, he does camera test too, but it’s not just a bunch of video together, it’s involved his place, or memories, or even stories from the early day of the channel
