Hot take: phones are actually cheap these days. A modern smartphone is a pocket computer way more powerful than a laptop people would have paid several thousands of dollars for 10-20 years ago. And it fits in your pocket. iPhones last a long time (I’m still rocking my 6s and it runs like a champ), and people use them every day. No other thing you own except maybe your bed gets as much consistent daily use of the course of years. The value is tremendous, imo.

Oh yes def I did right away I upgraded from the SE2020 for the promax 13 and seshhhhh nasty good fast…. Then going back to clear out the 2020 I was like what the bananas Is this yea for sure notice it right away

I went from a 120 Hz Galaxy S21 Ultra to a 60vHz iPhone X and I didn’t notice a difference… Not sure what that says about my eyes, or Android vs iOS UI transitions … but there you have it.

So I upgraded from a 12 pro and I’m impressed with the promotion and and the camera forsure. My thing is, it’s still missing key things that I need in a phone personally such as always on display, Touch ID, custom led notifications, etc.. and for me personally I would like this all in a mini and I don’t see that happening.I didn’t ask for a new blue either, pacific was my favorite, don’t hate the sierra just saying.
I’m forced to actually keep around a iPhone 8 which is now too dated and I need to replace it.
Honestly looking into trying out android next year. For the very first time.
