No need for the curse words. That said, this guy really delivers quality reviews and insightful observations. For example, he noted that you can’t take pictures of astronomical bodies. This is something I’ve always found annoying but didn’t know how to express. Thank you. Hopefully they add this feature soon. It’s nice to know it has a name

When gaming, going from 144HZ back to 60HZ feels like going down to 2HZ. 120HZ feels a lot closer to 144HZ.

No, people won’t notice the difference even after switching back to 60 Hz. The reason is that 60 Hz on iPhones is very smooth so the change is not that amazing. I have had an iPad Pro since 2018 and obviously know the difference with my iPhones, but it never felt like a game changer, just a nicer screen. And now that I got the iPhone 13 promax i know what 120 Hz is but it is not a game changer. If I had to go back to 60 Hz I’d be ok with that. The tech reviewers many times believe everybody cares about those little things as much as they do.

120hz is overrated. I have an s21 phone and my laptop is 144hz. While they are noticeable the whole “you won’t want to use 60hz anymore” is such a stretch. I’ve used plenty of devices with 60hz and it’s perfectly fine.
