Been on Android for 10 years (after 5 years of IOS) – Was going to upgrade to another Samsung – But I can get the iPhone pro for a (very) good price via my job so … Hello Apple ! I’m back ! lol (And actually kinda happy to switch again for a little 🙂 – Gonna have it in two weeks

The latest lineup feel like they should’ve been 12S phones, but I think apple knew going up a number would make them sell better. The 13 is an underwhelming update from the previous version, but coming from an 11 Pro to a 13 Pro Max was worth it.

The advantage of using LTPO TFTs is being able to go to low refresh rate (for high refresh rate case, LTPO is not necessary). At each refresh, capacitors at all the on-pixels are charged. but after the refresh, the capacitors soon begin to discharge due to leakage of current. So they must be refreshed before it affects i
Image quality, for example, contrast ratio. If the leakage current can be lowered, then one can wait longer before refreshing (low refresh rate). Thus going to a refresh rate of say10 Hz, requires LTPO technology, which have much lower leakage.
