My only question is the zoom on the camera. Zooming in from a distance has always sucked on Iphones. You should work in radio. lol You’ve gotten so good at Youtube that transition to sponsorship was smooth! lol

Giving money to Apple is giving money to a company that has innovated very little in recent years (we contribute very little to development), sells products at a high price which, for some, should be sold for half the price. Even on its expensive products, Apple cuts cost (little storage in their computers, little RAM in smartphones, no thunderbolt 4 in their latest laptops, etc), are lagging behind behind current technologies and copy the competition. The worst part is that this company which cuts costs and sells its products at high prices allows itself to make children work (read the lawsuits on Apple for child labor), they are extremely greedy, it is for for this reason that Apple is/was one of the companies with the most money on earth. Then come the Apple fans who for most of them seem to not know much or nothing on tech and tell you that apple is the besst company with the best products to justify their purchases. One of the big reasons people buy Apple is to show/create their social status, or they have been won over by the many ads. A minority will buy Apple because they have the need for it

Perception is weird thing. Noticed this with my parents and at work when replacing laptops for employees going from HDD to SSD. Asking a few days later if it works faster and getting “Don’t know, seems the same”. But if i had to give them old one temporarily (if new one got broken), THEN they would notice how much slower it is. People accept improvement in performance easier than degradation.

Should I upgrade my 12pro for the new 13pro? Or should I switch to android? Frankly, I’m super tired of the iOS software and I’m also afraid that the new iPhones will once again have the same thermal throttling issues. I just don’t wanna repeat that whole experience again.

There’s no better than you think. If 80% of buyers are iPhone 12 owners, you’re not doing the environment a favor. Just pure greed. It’s not normal that after a year, ppl stop buying the 12 just because it’s considered old.
