The best thing about iPhone is that the 6.1″ iPhone pro provides everything that their pro max version provides and yet the battery lasts one day. Many of us are tired of the elephant sized phones. We just hate it. Wish google optimised their chips to lasts longer and made a 6.1″ pixel pro and a pro + for those gamers and others who want an elephant phone.

I will always argue Google’s best phone right now is the normal Pixel 6. Basically all you lose is display and I argue the balance is better in normal 6 due to less heft in camera area. Otherwise you get the great software and updates of google and can spend the extra money on storage. I personally have a Pixel 6 as a daily driver and have a Redmagic 6 as my media consumption phone all for about the same price as one Iphone 13 plus. The price to performance of the Pixel 6 is insane imo.

Don’t make the mistake of switching to Android if you already have other Apple products. It’s nearly impossible to make that decision work. Nothing from Apple synchs with Android!

Man, can we just take a moment and appreciate the camera quality we have in phones today. Amazing.
I remember when I was a kid, around 2005-200, tryin out the camera some of the Nokia phones( N70, N73). They were about 2 or 3 megapixels, and later on telling my friends how camera is amazing and captured photos are like the same as you look with your eyes.

overall ip13 pro max simply smokes 6 pro for several reasons….

*A15 is legues more powerful than tensor
*Iphone has better built quality because of strong stainless steel better than aluminum in pixel 6 pro
* iphone has better display, brighter better HDR support iphone also support Dolby vision playback which pixel 6 pro cant
(13 pro max has 1000 nits sustained and 1200 peak nits in HDR)
( 6 pro 500 nits typical and 800 nits peak in HDR
* iphone had Better water resistance 13 pro max 6 m for 30m
pixel 6 pro 1.5 m for 30m
* iphone has way better battery life more than 10 hrs pixel 6 pro 8 hr max
* 13 pro max has much better battery life than pixel 6 pro
* iphone has up to 5 years os update after security updates
( 6 pro 3 years os update only )

interms of camera
*daylight photo wise both are good and its a self preference
*iPhone ultra wide has better for fov 120% field of view with autofous (,pixel still has way narrower fov 114% only no autofous
* iphone has macro camera
* iphone has much better portrait with better edge detection
(video recording its easy win for iPhone ,better colours,exposure,dynamic range and highlights details )
*iPhone all lens can do 4k 60 including wide, telephoto ,ultrawide,front cam … (pixel still can’t do that )
*iPhone goes madness with HDR 10 Bit with DOLBY VISION up to 4k 60 fps
*ProRes video lossless video recording
*macro video,cinematic video etc

Both are 12 mp. Both are excellent too. The iPhone does go wider and focus closer but the Pixel is better in low light… in my experience of course. It also handles colours better in warm light, whether it’s tungsten or LED it’s dead accurate! Pixel scores way higher all round purely because it’s incredible value for money.

Strongly disagree on the pixel 6 video. Owning both that pixel 6 pro and the s22u, I would never pick up my pixel for the video.
