0:15 very dark and bad joke
Not a surprtse there is no headphone jack as Apple was the first to remove it. Causing other phones to follow suit. Claiming ‘courage’ to justify it instead of honestly admiting it was to save them money.
damn just say fuck the iphone and I’m a android user but shit
I picked up the mini and regret it. Not immensely but the battery is subpar. I still finish the day at 30% but god forbid I have a heavy use day with cameras and video recording with the family at the park. I wish I wasn’t too anxious and waited for my location to get more 13’s or the pro models. I didn’t want to wait two weeks. The wife got the mini but her use is less than mine and she is happy with it. I would rather have my 11 back. I would finish the day with 60-65%
8:27 Mmmmm
Funny that, when l see Carol Kirkwood on the tv. my trousers end up round my ankles too! 😂
Did you bought the wallpaper artwork?
The pixel 6 and other phones are better for the price, but that Apple ecosystem grabs a hold of you and never lets go. It’s the best and the iPhone is a great peace of hardware
This guy is funny
Great review, as always.
Swapped my Oneplus X for a 2016 iPhone SE all those years ago and now feel trapped. I suspect that I will be breaking free for my next phone though..
Glad to see somebody from the north east with alot of followers… Keep it up mate
I do agree that 90% of reviews are just ads for the iPhone. I mean it’s not just the positive quotes, but just all the glamour cinematography they make about it.
The iPhone isn’t as bad as you make it out to be. The huge notch is there so your fave can open the phone at night. So it has a purpose and is justified. I also haven’t experienced the bugs you have.
The price of the iPhone is only bad if you upgrade your phone every year. These things last an easy 4 years. An iPhone X still does a bang up job and it isn’t even on its last legs as OS upgrades go. And in Australia if you battery capacity is under 80% within 2 years apple will replace it for free. Even then battery replacement are I think around $100. Sounds expensive, but it will still perform as well as an upper midrange android and you didn’t spend the $300-500.
I honestly don’t experience the bugs you have, that frequently. Never had it freeze or shut down. I had it drain battery once and that’s a colossal screw up I agree.
These days I think people are so ingrained in their OS’s it’s hard to switch. It’s what you are used to these days not what’s better.
Thumbnail smells like a weeb….yikes 😆
The thing is, they cost a lot, but you’d still be happy with that phone in 5 years time. IOS is just a work of art, and it almost doesn’t matter what hardware you are using with it. Use an Iphone 8 today and it will still be great, and to some extent pretty unrecognisable from an Iphone 13. Yes, the hardware changes a bit, and the cameras get forever better, but the user experience (day-to-day) would be roughly the same using a 2016 Iphone and a 2021 Iphone. Whereas, if you used Galaxy S4 or S5 today it would seem absolutely ancient. That’s the appeal of Apple. It’s very future proofed. And I’m not some Apple fanboy – my current phone is an android, as have the 3 previous phones. I’m just someone who understands and likes both Apple and Android. Their strengths and weaknesses are just different. If you’re someone who wants to change phone every year, and have the absolute best hardware, buy an Android. If you’re someone who wants the phone that is going to offer the best hardware/experience over 2-3 years, buy an Iphone
For tech and general specs it seems to hit a lot of marks for a flagship. The price however is frankly outrageous and a lot of reviewers usually gloss over that – and hardly has any effect of their rating or perception of device. As with ergonomics and usability/practicality in day to day usage. Like I don’t see how carrying around a phone that big and heavy makes for a good user experience. Add a case and you’re looking at something closer to 300g. Which is insane.
The notch, small capacity battery (for its class and money) plus other niggles is just the topper. And they don’t even include a charger with it, which I can’t even fathom..
Tested out the touch sensitivity on 13 Pro Max compared to 13 Regular. Weirdly, the screen was more responsive on the normal 13.
Where do you get your anime?
I dont know why everyone is complaining. I’ve never had any problems with the slightly increased weight or the edges being too sharp for the fingers in the long run and to be honest my favourite part is the camera. Because of the size of the camera lens it gives you the feel of a premium device. If I’m being honest if apple would get rid of the bump i wouldn’t like the phone. It would give the new and improved phone a back to the future vibe (in a bad way).
I need that wallpaper asap. Abby send it please
Great Review again. To much money for the same thing over and over again
