I actually enjoy the feel of the phone in my hand. It feels durable and high quality. I don’t think it’s too heavy personally.

Looking forward to receiving my 13 Pro next week. Last iPhone was the 11 Pro Max which I enjoyed. Swapped that for the s21 Ultra which was a great phone but wanting to return to the iOS ecosystem. Agree using my Apple Watch is another big reason to return. Great helpful and informative video 👍📱 New subscriber 😊

Apple’s software quality is on a slow but very steady decline. Their software teams are really badly organized, plus the big releases being tightly coupled to hardware releases (meaning things just don’t get finished properly before the big version goes out) and their secrecy fetish (isolating teams, making component interoperability harder to develop and test) are not making things any easier. They also keep shuffling people across teams, and features can easily be orphaned when their developers move on.

For all the poking of fun at Microsoft Apple has been doing the past decade or two, at least Microsoft got their shit together enough, by now, to be able to execute really well. Apple? Well, hard to make the necessary big changes to improve processes when one hand is constantly busy with the company-wide circle-jerk about how awesome Apple is. And Tim Cook is too techno-dumb to even realize what is happening (and, I dare say, is not even using Apple’s products enough to notice the bugs and blow a gasket a la Jobs).

First increment is $100, for the Max $1099 > $1199 (256gb). But then its $200 for the rest, $1399 for 512gb, $1599 for 1gb. I wish it was $100 each, would’ve gone to 512.

The 120Hz already work out of the box for many ios animations such as scrolling and 3rd party apps got that too without the api. For other animation, the app need to clarify that it need full usage of 120Hz to use it.
I am really appreciate this channel because she is significant more objective than other channels. The big thing she point out is Apple choose to wait for the tech to be mature to apply to their phone. They dont try to include a feature then disable it by defaut just for advertisement. When they provide 120Hz, it adaptive and save battery, thats the same place of flagship 2021 should be. I think the same goes for under display camera, until this year, the under display camera of fold 3 is still bad, and it just a camera not a full node with many sensors like face id. I think next year the manufacturer can solve the problem and Apple will bring it to iphone 14.
