Display settings are very limited on Apple device, the reason I’ve sent my Iphone 13 Mini back. No one is reviewing a smartphone display properly. Blue Light (Night Shift or so on Apple) is literally destroying colors. You cannot tweak RGB settings without sacrifice on dynamic range. Only Samsung and Google Pixel phones works fine, especially Samsungs one. So this display is TRASH for those who want to use blue light filters or tweak RGB settings. Strangely, in their MacBooks it works very well.

Yes- it’s not a question of whatever anyone else is buying, it’s about what I need and want for the way I use my devices. Although I seldom use my MacBook Pro anymore, I use my iPad quite heavily (as I am doing now). My iPhone, currently an aging 6, is used for calls and the aspects of my life where I need a truly portable device….and with me that means pocket carry, no phablets, thank you. That means keeping the size of my current phone or smaller. My favorite iPhone remains the 5, and getting an iP13 Mini is a comfortable approximation to that size, with, of course, far greater performance.

I bought iPhone 13 mini a week ago after I tried Poco F3. I knew I wouldn’t be using the smartphone too much, but man, I am so impressed with this device that I just want to stare on it and scroll through menus without need to do something on it. So nice device for me, I really hope Apple will not discontinue this lineup even that they are the only company in the world still making small flagship devices and they don’t actually selling very well.

I stopped using iPhones on the 3G generation. There was a bunch of Android smartphones after that in my usage. And now (Thanks to 13 mini) I feel like I want to return to Apple products for the first time after 10 generations of the smartphones. I hope that my experience will be great with this one 😉

After testing the 13 Pro and Pro Max for a week, they both felt like obese underachievers compared to the 13 mini. Honestly the 13 mini feels so much more impressive as a flagship in its performance and size. It’s a game changer. Streaming a movie like Pandora on Disney+ was very immersive but the loud clear sound of the stereo speakers is incredible for a phone twice it’s size. My battery life test only yielded the 13 Pro 5% more over the 13 Mini at the end of the day still leaving plenty of power left. (40% vs 35%) at the end of a full day of use.

Considering getting the 13 mini since it is a step up in several areas, and that it might be the last mini. Thanks for the great review!

Yes, confirmed by my experience. Small is beautiful – especially when it works. My main reason to use a small phone is… my shirt pocket. Unfortunately, after the excellent SE of the first iteration, and the honorable exception in the Android world, the Sony Xperia compact, nothing else satisfied – always only Apple, no more small Androids, but a great fail with all posterior SEs and the beautiful 6, 7 and 8 series and EVEN the recent 12 Mini: all of them suffering from shamefully low battery life, never a full day. A disgrace – I have them All. Finally, one that MAY (not guaranteed) last a full day away from the chager! My shirt pocket is happy again.
