Excellent review. I own a One Plus 9 Pro, and you completely sold my on the Iphone 13 mini, especially because of the smaller form factor and I was blown away by the camera shots! WOW!!! The only criticism I will make, is about that old and ugly notch in the front of the screen. I don´t know why Apple insist to keep the notch, and don´t unify the Iphone´s front design with their new iPad design language. By the way, what wireless charger are you using in the video? I thought it was from Native Union, but the design of yours is rounder and more compact? older version magsafe charger from NU?

It’s excellent, but I’d miss the triple camera set up. So I’d be like; do I carry a mini and another phone or just have one big phone. Maybe if someone would make a super compact phone like camera

I think only comparable thing to this is asus 8 mini (or whatever it’s called) 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ why hasn’t anyone compared these tow phones ?

I carry 2 phones and upgraded my 12 PM to a 13 PM. My wife has kinda short thumbs and likes a smaller phone so last year bought her a 12 Mini but she returned it because of battery life and got a 12 Pro. I bought her a 13 Mini yesterday because battery life has improved but she now thinks it is too small. I have used it for 2 days now and at first thought it was very small but am getting used to it a really like it. May keep it for my secondary device. It’s actually kind of amazing. My dad who passed away couple years ago had a white 5c a few years back and we upgraded him to an 8 and I kept the 5c just for the heck of it. I pulled it out of the drawer last night and man how far we have come. Would recommend the 13 Mini or the 13 PM. Thanks for the vid.

Love my mini 13, I hesitated on the mini 12 last year and glad I waited, battery hasn’t been a issue yet since I do the majority of internet, YouTube, & gaming on a iPad. I find myself always checking my pocket to make sure I have my phone, I hardly/feel, my only complaint would be the keyboard is a little small and hard to hit the right letters. Other than that I think it’s a winner!!

Yours is the ONLY review I have found that says there is any difference at all with the strength of the MagSafe connection. Are you basing this off anything? The iFixit teardowns don’t show any additional magnets to my knowledge. I’m just wondering what makes you certain about this claim – I realize you are speaking from experience of both 12 mini and 13 mini, but why does no one else mention this in their reviews? Almost all explicitly state rumors had suggested stronger magnets, but that it didn’t happen. I don’t get it… why should we believe you that it’s not a placebo mental effect?

Also I legit can’t tell if you are using the Blue or the Midnight, because early on it looks clearly like the blue I saw in stores of the iPhone 13 mini (it is much darker like navy than the 12 mini’s blue), but then later in your vid it looks CLEARLY like all black. Are you using two different colors in this video???

Love my 13mini. I got 2 days of battery out of my 12pro and now only get 1 day from the 13 mini but the small form is worth the trade for me.
