i have the 12 mini 128GB in blue i’m honestly surprised they renewed it for the 13 series, was expecting them to discontinue it

am happy that they did though 🙏🏻

I still have and love my 12 mini that I’ve owned since launch but the 13 mini is quite an improvement. It’s a shame Apple is phasing small phones out of their lineup, even the next SE is rumored to be a XR size device. I get it, many people use their phones as their main device so in that case you want the biggest phone you can afford but I still don’t like it

Unfortunately, iPhone 12 Mini had destroyed the reputation of “Mini” mainly due to the short battery life. I just got the 13 Mini 256GB a month ago to replace the iPhone 12 Pro mainly due to the discomfort of the size and weight. The iPhone 13 Mini’s viewable screen size is only 0.1″ smaller but with OLED and much brighter than the biggest screen iPhone 8 Plus (LED) just a few years ago so I am not sure why screen size would even be an issue. I hope Apple will give us the new iPhone SE as well as new iPhone Mini Pro in the future. A iPhone Mini Pro, I will buy that in a heartbeat as I do miss the telephoto lens, Pro-Rez and the assistance of Lidar in difficult lighting conditions.

Had my 13 mini since launch. Came from an 11 and I’ll never go to back to a phone any bigger than the mini. Perfect size for me

12 mini makes me miss the iPhone 4. Fits perfect in the hand. Honestly apple should keep making the mini and a mini pro and just make less of them like the SE

I got the 12 mini for a shocking $300. For someone with huge hands, the size is surprisingly enjoyable. It’s such a shame that Apple won’t continue the lineup

It’s because it’s premium price for a small phone. People looking at it like wait I gotta pay 700 dollars for little phone???????? So nobody gives it a try. Like us tech people do know that this phone is just like the 13 regular size but it’s smaller so we know what this phone is capable of. But a non tech average user will not know that and just gonna see the size and be like why do I gotta pay 700 dollars for this???? That’s what I noticed. I work at carrier store and yeah most people choose either the 13 regular and 13 pro max… occasionally some go for the pro regular size just because they want pro features, because they know the pro features and they like the size. Most average users go for the pro max because of the size and the “pro” name although they have no clue why it’s called a pro and the features that it includes because it’s a pro.
