My honest opinion I would and went for the iPad pro as I have one, I think the performance it amazing it is more portable and much easier to use especially for illustration

I love the iPad Pro and would still take it over a macbook but at this point it seems like a bad value for money, especially the 12.9 inch. With more storage and all the accessories to make it a laptop replacement you can get one of the m1 macbooks.

I got the iPad pro 2020 12.9 inch a few month ago, I love it, 120hz is a must for me, I also use the apple pencil for photo and video editing. Unfortunately battery life isn’t that good with the iPad pro.
I do enjoy that big bright display though, great for watching movies and YouTube.

You’ve helped me decided what to replace my mid 2011 Air (I bought new in 2012) with. I love my Air, it’s been used and abused and keeps on chugging (using it now), but it’s slowing down and not able to handle loads too much these days. I went from Chromebook to iPad Pro w/magic keyboard, but then the Air M1 came out….and you did all those tests. WOW. Went to Best Buy and played with the Pro w/magic keyboard and Air. Hands down I’m replacing my Air with the new ‘base’ M1 Air. As soon as I started using it, I knew I wanted the Air. Now, to make my old Air last until next year when I can get the current Air at a last years discount price like I did before 🙂 Love your videos, informative, and fun!

Can’t wait for the Macs and iPads to have no ports. “Wireless Charging” still has wires to connect to the wall.

I did like the comparison, but I felt like the 12.9 inch should’ve been used instead of 11 inch because that would’ve been more fair in terms of speaker, screen, battery. This was okay but still but still a little bit unfair for the 11 inch ipad pro
