I like the 13 Mini but this year I think I will switch to the (rumored) 14 Max. Battery life doesn’t cut it for me and scrolling texts is just better on a larger display.

If you make it through the first week, you notice the screen size is just about right. After a couple weeks, switch to a 6.1″ screen, and that feels HUGE!

Have been thinking of getting the 13 mini because I don’t think any of the ‘smaller’ phones will even be coming out in the near future.
I have the SE 2022 (3rd gen) in the *beautiful* ‘Midnight’ color and I absolutely love it.
You make several compelling arguments to get the 13 mini so I likely will get one sometime in the near future.

Oh, I absolutely love the mini. Your video sums up how I feel. I’m on the 12 mini, and coming from an iPhone 6, this is really the greatest phone I e ever used. I’ve got the larger iPhone 12,and it’s just too big, it’s not comfortable to carry, use for extended time. The larger iPhones are fantastic, and for those who use a phone as their main device, even as a computer replacement, the larger ones are perfect. But I just love the mini, and for any need for a larger screen I just use the computer. I’m hoping Apple keeps the 13 mini around when the 14 comes out, but I probably won’t be upgrading until the mini is on its last legs.but yeah,for me, the mini does everything I could dream of, and with the OS, it’s just that power in that size which is so sweet.

Awesome video. I think you are very wise. I think so much of us have gotten caught up in thinking we need this big battery to make it all day long and we have to be on our phones constantly. I had the iPhone 12 mini and the battery truly was terrible on it. I upgraded to the 13 Pro, and could not adjust to the size or weight of the phone. I switched to the 13 mini and have never been happier. It gave me the better battery the 12 mini didn’t offer. I personally like having a phone that I know exactly how much battery life I have and I use it as a tool and it’s perfect for me.
