where do youtubers find these wallpapers?
Thank you! Will you also review the HP spectre x360 16 2023?
Josh, bought the Yoga 7i 16″, 1355u, 16gb ram, 512 gb + pen for 1000 usd. Hope the hinges don’t disappoint me
Nice review, U can check the new Lenovo Slim 7i gen8?
Why HP don´t fix the heat&fan issues by replacing Intel with AMD. They are so much better at power efficiency. I would by that with AMD.
who in their right mind would buy a windows machine these days? They are all trash! Wait a few years for intel and amd to catch up to apple, til then, just buy a macbook^^
Did someone try it with Linux?
I have this laptop. 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD, i7 1355U, $1500 USD all-in, with pen & pouch. I tried many recent devices before ending up with this one: Surface Pro 9, G14, ThinkPad Z series, etc.
I really wouldn’t say that this laptop is only for casual use.
I’m really not a fan of MacOS (anymore – used to be) and was looking for a nice, thin & light 2-in-1 Windows laptop with an OLED screen. I also wanted USB4 or TB4, good I/O. This laptop works great for coding, photography (Lightroom, Photoshop, Topaz AI), for music recording (Thunderbolt), etc. I find it very reducing and not really helpful for a reviewer to categorize a premium device like this in the “good for web browsing” category, for what, a spinning fan?
I do have a 14″ M1 MBP, courtesy of my workplace.
As for my other personal devices, I possess a Tab S8 Ultra, ZFold 3, and a BOOX Tab Ultra C. My affinity for high-end devices is clear. This laptop fits that bill; unfortunately, this review doesn’t. Josh, I genuinely enjoy your reviews and videos, but I feel you may have missed the mark on this one.
Finally, a great Windows Laptop that is worth considering. 😊
Crazy that a laptop that goes between 1400-1800 is recommended for (light use)
Josh, thank you so much for this video. I couldn’t find any reviews on this 2023 model at all. Although the price is back up to $1649, I was able to get the 16″ model for $1049 at Best Buy during their Memorial Day sale. I have the: HP – Spectre 2-in-1 16″ 3K+ Touch-Screen Laptop – Intel Evo Platform – Core i7 – 16GB Memory – 512GB SSD – Pen Included – Nightfall Black. Model:16-f2013dx.

I have to agree with you when it comes to fan noise. That is the first and only problem I’ve seen so far. I have only done a brief unboxing video so far but will upload another in a couple weeks once I’ve had more time to play with it.
I have the 2020 version of this laptop, & if you’re only doing productivity/web browsing light tasks etc, just keep the laptop in ‘quiet’ mode (using the HP command centre) & you’ll literally never hear any fan noise! Of course, when I connect to my eGPU for some AAA gaming, I switch it to ‘performance’ mode where the fans will definitely ramp up.
Can you review the Lenovo ideapad pro 5i 14 inch version?
Thank you for your reviews but what do you think about hp zbook for developers ?
I 100% agree with you on the silver/white …… practically “INVISIBLE” …… actually got rid of mine a few weeks ago…. cannot T-E-L-L-L-l-l you how angering that is “glitzy” paired with, “can’t see a < > THING” ….. just plain SAD. Always great videos…. thank you so much
Hey Josh, would you recommend the Inspiron 16 plus, I’m looking for a laptop for engineering and this unit seems to cover all my requirements, it has a 4060 with 8gb of GDDR6 32 GB DDR5 and an i7 – 13700H, from what I can find it is literally a copy paste of the XPS 15 but with a larger screen and more budget build quality, thanks.
Hi Josh – thank you very much for your reviews! Could you dive into the topic of eye health? There is tons of complaints online about PWM and TEMPORAL DITHERING
can you find a M2 killer ?
Josh, slooooow it down. You’re racing to the point where it’s difficult to absorb the content. You asked for comments on this in your last video and your pacing was pretty good up to that point. This one was an all-out blitz, and most graphics weren’t on the screen long enough to comprehend. Please accept this in the spirit in which it was intended. If your videos weren’t superb, I wouldn’t be wasting my time watching them!
the thing about these fanned laptops is that they start out ok. You read the reviews saying they’re quiet. Then a couple of years later the thing sounds like a truck
