In terms of competition for an electric pickup, GM is the closest to ford. In terms of coming to market ford is the closest. Yes the rivian exists and already is in production but this is a true pickup truck. I can’t wait to what other F series trucks make in horsepower and torque. But I think ford is going to have the most successful pickup. Especially if they make one with a longer bed/box to better accommodate construction and other professions that need a big bed/box for success. But ford has crushed it and these lightnings will make the f150 even more successful than it already is.
