That title is false asf. If it was the “iphone” of trucks, the bed and steering wheel would cost extra, they’d have a different charging port that was incompatible with any other stations, and it would use features other trucks have used for 5 years and call it “innovation” 😂

Weird… Marques touched on real world range (~280m) then started talking about hauling/towing but did no real world range testing while hauling/towing. The Lightning has a real world range <100m range when loaded up, you know - doing what pickups are actually designed to do. The range will be worse when operating through hills, mountain passes, etc.

But I do agree with the title, the Lightening is the iPhone of pickup trucks - and just like the iPhone it will attract consumers with a penchant for making bad decisions.

Being a pickup truck guy, I might honestly get one later down the line when I graduate college and get a good job and money and whatnot and I’d probably buy one. Maybe not this exact year and model but whatever i think fits. The way i see it this is definitely pushing the boundaries of what trucks can do by a lot.
