Love Auto Focus MKBHD.

My Take: I have a construction business, because of this I own a full size truck. (5.6L 4X4 Nissan Titan)
I would absolutely love this truck but it just wouldn’t work for me.

There has been times were I need to haul 7,000 lbs of drywall 200 miles round trip.

If it were possible to get 500 miles of range I’d get this in a heartbeat.

Check out the Chanel “out of spec reviews”… They used the lightning to charge 5 other EVs using all the plug points on that car. The results were plesantly surprising

I’m still not all in on electric until they hit 500 miles of range. Amazing but no good if you have to stop and charge on a long journey.

For 90k I don’t think very many people will be buying it. Especially for what a lot of people use their truck for. One side likes the big manly nature of it the other likes that it can tow their 10 thousand pound camper, boat, or other trailer 150 miles before needing to make a 5 minute stop to stretch and fill up and then hit the road again, and for an extra 50k compared to a brand new maxed out gas f150 it just isn’t very appealing for most.

Met a girl who works for Ford’s quality control in Detroit. Our conversation started with motorcycles and some light flirting, but if what she told me is true, next years model is going to be insane. No Raptor body style version of it unfortunately
