I keep a 6 foot ladder in the bed of my truck for work. It sounds like the Lightning only has a 5-1/2 foot bed. Will Ford eventually offer a 6 foot bed?

If this f-150 had solid rear axle it would truly be revolutionary. The trucks construction should be one where an ev powerplant is just as interchangeable as swapping 5.0 to 3.5 on the assembly line. They need to design the next generation of f-150 with ev compatiblity first then alter the design to accept combustion engines. I do like this f-150 but i get the same feelings i got seeing toyota’s fake vents.

This is an awesome Ford F150 Ecar. The front trunk and many electric plugs are great. I like the fact that the truck can power your house like an inverter. the utilitarian electric car is proof that Ecars are the future of the automobile.
