Great video. I like that Ford is staying true to the F150 design. I never understood why car manufacturers always go crazy on the designs for EVs.

I’m not into EVs, and I don’t get the pickups besides if you have a farm/ranch or as a utility/working vehicle and don’t get why “normal people” that doesn’t need that rear space even get it, but that F150 is actually the only EV I’d have… Tried Taycan and had it for 3 days when had my GT3 on service, also got e-tron S, which kinda liked, but not enough obviously :DD But that “frunk” I really like
I’m a tech guy but also car enthusiast, been actually born into car family and found tech much later and then got into hardware first and later software developing, but I must say that I’m actually impressed with your car videos, they’re actually pretty comprehensive car reviews for a tech youtuber.. Although it’s full of tech, the EV is still a car, and many techies think they can talk about it but don’t know sh*t about cars and it shows, it’s a car, not a gadget, and you seem to acknowledge that. Bravo !

the F150 is not the most sold truck. They lump all their pickups, medium size big trucks, tow trucks and lump all the sales figures together so they can claim that title. There is no data on sales of just the F150 pickup specifically. Ford won’t provide that.

This needs to come to Aotearoa New Zealand ASAP! Ford pickup utes are our most popular vehicles by a long long way and the government is currently looking to reduce the use of heavy polluting vehicles, like this without a doubt would pop off here
