But how does it tow? A large reason people get the f150 is to tow and haul, but EVs kinda suck at that, so is this any different?

I’m a gas f150 owner and as much as I love what they’ve done with the Lightning it still wouldn’t fit into my lifestyle because of charging capabilities away from home. Calling it the best 150 ever I think is a stretch because you can buy a traditional one that gives you 5-600 of range on a single fill up, which I think is a huge sacrifice especially setting less than 300miles on the Lightning.

Its all good until you want to tow. You get a 50 mile range when you tow something above 5,000 lbs which a lot of people do who have trucks. 50 mile range is not gonna cut it.

Battery technology is really the only limiting factor at this point. We need to essentially increase both power/energy density AND charging speeds by an order of magnitude. Once we get to that point, gas will finally be a thing of the past.
