Does this work with Tesla chargers? (Maybe an adapter). If you want to travel across country, this would be good to know. Tesla already has a plethora of chargers across the US.
Update: I looked it up and it seems Ford INCLUDES an adapter to charge at Tesla stations. Musk said they will allow other EVs to charge at their stations but haven’t allowed it yet.

By the iPhone of pickup trucks, I assume you mean it’s over-priced, lacking in storage capacity and has a cadre of followers who are nothing more than fanboys? What it needs to be useful to actual hard-working people, is a full size bed, 3/4 ton rating, and an extended range battery that doesn’t cost an extra $32,000 over base model. Until then, this is just an electric trailer-queen for upper middle-class suburbanites.

I really think this truck has the potential to switch a lot of people over to an EV. My only concern, which is the same concern that you get whenever someone says “but yeah can you go to a gas station and quickly fill up if you need to?“, Is that the charging infrastructure is really nonexistent for any electric car that isn’t a Tesla. That’s got to change really quick if they want to keep these rolling off the line.
