Are these guys working for apple? Isnt this title basically trying to get people to spend more money with apple? Not everyone needs the M2 air to do heavy tasks

I bought the M2 Mackbook Air 16gb 1TB for everyday task. I was planning to buy the M1 Mackbook Air but the difference was 200 dollars might as well buy the new updated version because of the 8 Core I was like nah I’m getting the new one. 😊

I just bought the MacBook Air M1 a few months ago for college and let me tell you. It’s amazing. I had an Intel MacBook Pro before and the difference is insane. I have never felt my M1 get hot. Absolutely love it.

i love how they are all surprised they left 256 gb on the base model. It is typical company policy. Lets just think of when everyone was offering top phones with 64gb and the iphone was 32 or 128!

I loved my 12inch macbook.
It wasn’t powerful but it was so small and light that it was such a no brainer to take it everywhere.
Sadly it just died on me.

I have both machines, one baseline and one top tier, and I must say if you are not doing photo/video work, it’s barely noticeable.
Of course “everybody” here is more of a “pro” user that’s in that kind of stats (ssd speeds). Subconsciously is hard to make the baseline choice. But these are the exact people that are going to upgrade every year anyways, so the choice comes down to MONEY.

The main issue is that manufacturing the cpu and the memory on the same die and same 5nm process is very expensive and inefficient for the memory that does benefit from scale. So the low price points are showing the scale down issue. Ur basically buying an ipad with a keyboard

I disagree with this video because a lot of people don’t need to upgrade the base model. Especially if you’re a student. I feel like they are being a little dramatic about the Base Model. I picked mine up for $600 off someone used and couldn’t be happier. This MacBook is AMAZING. most people upgrade their laptops after a few years anyways.

I got the MacBook Air m2 512gb 10 core gpu….its performance and battery life is phenomenal as im a student constantly using my laptop approx 12-13 hours a day
