As someone who owns both, on one day the 13 Pro Max is the best and on another day the S22 Ultra is the best lol

It depends on your own personal preference because both these phones are good. I use two phones I use a 12 pro and a s22+. And honestly I prefer iOS over android. It’s smoother, well optimized, very little bugs, apps run super smooth, and it’s super simple to use and understand. The s22 has a better display imo and a slightly better camera. But android os I have never as big of a fan of and don’t really care about customizing it. I usually leave mines to the default screen on both phones. I use a Xiaomi phone I have as a custom phone lol android stock texting app beyond sucks and I can see why android users just use WhatsApp or messenger. I love iMessage and Facetime and how seemless it works accross my ipad, iphone, and MacBook. Both phones are good. I use my iphone for personal use and videos and s22+ for media consumption and photo taking. It’s just personal preference as both phones are capable of doing every daily task you throw at it.

I want to try the iPhone. The thing that’s holding me back to get one is the notch. Maybe this year I can swallow that “pill”, or just wait for the pin hole, or no notch or pin hole at all with UTS câmera.
I have been using Samsung Note since 3rd generation.
I like very much your work and your videos.

man I can’t decide .. might have to “buy it twice” .. I don’t really ‘love’ iPhones but I find them easy & simple to use .. the s22 ultra is gorgeous & alluring but I don’t know if it’s worth it (?)

This was an epic video. I’ve been a faithful Apple customer since 2006 (ish) and I cannot see myself using any other kind of product or operative system, however, those photos you showed and the way you explained it was a “wow”, I didn’t know about that “director’s view and the amount of details in a photo, and the dynamic range of that Samsung cameras. I didn’t know you could multitask with more than one app at the same time! And let’s be honest, you always kill me with your BRolls, 😁. Thanks for sharing this! Cheers brother

The video and comments have pretty much summed it up, both great phones and win-win whatever way you go. However a few caveats: I would probably wait for the iPhone 14 Pro Max before choosing, and although this is just comparing the two, if you are in the market for a new phone, best to wait as the iPhone will get AOD, bigger main camera, A16 chip, new display design (yeah or nay) amongst other stuff. Also, it is worth noting that in Europe we get the much inferior Exynos chip and my experience would be a def turn-off and a warning to avoid (see PhoneBuff video comparing Exynos -v- SD8G1, shows the Exynos sucks).

So for me, due to my location I would easily choose the iPhone 13 Pro Max but if I was in the market I would wait for the real S22U rival, the iPhone 14 Pro Max. If you are Android then there are quite a few I would place ahead of the S22U Exynos, I am testing the OPPO Find X5 Pro which is much smoother and faster, which would be one, along with upcoming Xaiomi 12 Ultra, One+ 10 Ultra, Pixel 7 Pro (or Ultra if that exists).

I love my s22ultra I had a iPhone 12 pro max and I traded it in with my old s21u and I never cared for my iPhone apps crashed and randomly just shut off when it felt like it I love my s22u cameras etc

i don’t galaxy flagships has not changed since the note 10 plus. if you back then chose galaxy note 10 plus over iphone 11 pro max, the chances are you still prefer galaxy s22 ultra. i think its all coming down to whether you prefer ios or android. by the way, you get better consistent fps in every game you play with iphone. let me explain this in detail. after you play games like pubg or call of duty mobile for about an hour, your starts to get hotter and that’s where iphone shines over the galaxy. This is coming from my own personal experience. one more thing, if you own an iphone flagship, you will get better value, when you want to upgrade iphone when they come out because overtime you can still sell your iphone at better value than then your galaxy. i am not saying there is something wrong with galaxy compared to iphone. but that’s what the current is for the used phones.
