Just got my MBP this early morning 😁 Traded in my 2017 MBP and indeed, this M1 is realllllll good than that 2017 one XD
Super exciting to use this from now on!!!
(Also, thx for clarifying that 16GB preferred over 8GB, had a hard time deciding which to keep and eventually went with the 16GB ver.)

Hey Tom, Could you give some more Information on games which will be available on this M1 Macbook. On Intel version you can install bootcamp and then install most games from windows (e.g Age of Empires, Microsoft Flight Simulator). Is there a workaround on this chip? or will these games now never be available on Macs? Thanks

Apple’s Axx processors in iPhones are not limited to 2 watts of power.
They’re actually the SoCs with the maximum peak power consumption on the market, at around 7 watts! Meanwhile, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoCs peak at 4-5 watts usually.
Hence the battery gate…

Best overview yet, people only compared the new M1 to the iMac and highest end macbook pro 16 inch. This is the real comparison, how much faster it is over the last gen of the same model
