They have done this on the heels of Intel actually introducing a competitive CPU again with Tiger Lake. It really feels like they haven’t introduced anything that Intel does not currently offer in the XPS 13 minus those few extra points in multicore.

It would be good to see the new M1 chip against a 4000 series Amd mobile chip. Xps 13 is just week.

I am a big fan of Apple but what I hate about Apple is it DOES NOT change itself for better. This is an era of creativity and productivity and 13 Inch Devices are just a stupid idea. Apple should move on to 15.5 and 17 Inch Laptops or even further. Apple was not changing its 3.5 inch iPhone display also and It was Samsung who told the world that bigger displays are the future and finally Apple had to copy Samsung and He changed the display sizes of his iPhones. Now I am waiting which company will make Apple realize that 13 inch mac books are just a stupid display sizes. Why would I use 13 inch mac books???? for XCode and Photoshop and other tools which call for bigger sizes and it is very tiresome job to accomplish projects on these tiny mac books. These pricey mac books are made to just rip off your pockets. Go for Windows laptop devices. They are awesome and far more powerful than Apple.

Great video!! I’m really interested whether I should wait for the 16GB or just order the 8GB? Currently have a 16GB model and it’s constantly used for 80%. Or is the M1 better in memory handling so I don’t need 16GB?
