This was pretty funny. Good job!
Lol 😂! Did she repeated play the battery life of the new MacBook Pro repeatedly for many hours
Bought a MBP already and I still can’t resist these MBP videos because I need to justify $2.5K purchase.
I don’t know what to believe at this point with respect to battery life. For “mixed use” the 14 inch gets 5-6 hours in this test, and the Verge has it at 10.5. That’s a massive difference, and in general the early feedback I’ve seen has been all over the place. What gives?
When you did the test with normal use, can you share the 14 and 16 inch specs (6.5h vs 8h)? how many cpu gpu cores each one had? how much ram? Im tired of reviewers comparing the models with different configurations, I didnt know the max draw that much battery compared to the pro, I want more charts and specific info about it
Although I havent tested, but I am sure my windows laptop wont last more then 10 hrs even when not on wifi thats for sure, but it can easily, and mostly does last more then 7 hrs on wifi.
my laptop (zephyrus g14, r5 4600hs+1650ti, 76 whrs battery)
I’m not planning to buy a new Macbook Pro anytime soon, but when I see a Joanna video, I break out the popcorn and sit back for an entertaining and informative review.
Great review, but idk where you got the 5-6 hours doing usual web browsing. For me, using Firefox and doing a lot of different web tasks (YouTube streaming, Reddit, shopping, Spotify, and TV streaming), I’m getting much closer to 10-12 hours of juice with the M1 Pro. This is also with 50% brightness, backlight on for the keyboard, and bluetooth/WiFi on as well.
If you are not a creator editing 4k/8k videos on a daily basis, you don’t need to spend your hard earned $2k on these. Need all day battery life and some, buy a relatively cheaper Chromebook that will last from Shanghai to NY & then some more. Need more power, get that cheaper MacBook Air M1 that’s performs blazingly fast for day to day tasks.
You didn’t turn on the optimised video mode on in settings.
This video proves that Slack is a energy sucking pariah. its literally warming the planet. 😉
She says things about apple and ends up playing their salesperson
Thus is the m1 max not m1 pro
Use the m1 pro 16 and you’ll get the 21h watch the verge review
Incredible analysis everytime! 👏
Chips chips chips
My laptop with intel chip 100% for 1 hour 🆘
her face looks like a melted orange!
She’s not a tech reviewer, she’s a real journalist
Lol 21hrs when turned off the wifi best marketing ever
Hahahaha, thanks for the video.
