Madness I tell you. I have a mbp 2015 i7 3.7 16gb ram. It cannot keep up with this. In Logic pro x once I have about 100 tracks it’s fine. Until the plugins go in about 30 of those tracks then it’s POOP. This m1 I see with 8gb ram is lol, it’s so much better than what I have and the value is dare I say – great? I Think apple is trolling us and the next version is gonna be super expensive lol.

“Annoying touchbar”. Finally I hear this from a tech channel. I’ve been thinking I’m unnecessarily too oldschool for it. As a person who loves to put both hands on the keyboard and use it without looking at it, I’ve never got used to touchar because of accidental “touches”. Hope they come up with macbook pro models without touchbar in future.

I’ve been holding off, wondering if I should buy it. Currently using my iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard as my main device but I miss the traditional laptop… Anyway this video convinced me. Just ordered it!

The only thing holding me back from upgrading, is long term reliability. Like how good are these new chips gonna hold up in 6 months/1 year/2 years, etc from now?
