I really wish they put more usb drives on the macbook pros… 🙁
No, it just means there are 4 physical cores clocked at 1.5 ghz. This is useful in especially in multitasking. Why not just bump up the Ghz, you say. Well that’s a bit more complicated, but basically they would get more hot and it’s just not quiet possible yet.
What Samsung Nexus 10 has same resolution as rMBP 13″ ? Damn !!!
at 3:04 wtf is wrong with that image?
That’s the sole reason you don’t like it? :p
Best review, seriously! I’m really considering on buying this with the student discount for editing some 1080p videos at final cut pro x (and because I can’t afford the 15 in. version) lol
what is LV?
I’ll go for 15-inch version…….. 🙂
Yes, true, except it’s much more useful and meaningful than buying LV.
A questiooon: hows the glossiness on the new display? Was it like 70% better or something?
LV?
when are you announcing the winners for the ipad mini giveaway??
Awesome review!
More then $1500? Apple really? Shove that macbook up your ass. Big ass rip off company this is
Hey tldtoday are you gonna do a review on windows 8 and possibly a give away? 😀
Are you talking about the iMac or desktops in general. Actually, the MacBook Pro’s CPU is almost as powerful as the iMac’s CPU anyways. The biggest difference is the GPU and RAM buffer.
is there a huge gap of performance between the i5 and i7 on this model?
82º!!!!!
great review, Jon!
Wow. Excellent review. You explained all the relevant points very well and I actually learned some stuff. I’m not too concerned about the gaming aspect since do mostly graphics work. Plus, Steam can optimize the game to fit the system.
