I’m a iPhone user but I see that android phones have opened up a lot of opportunities to people to own a smartphone than iOS can. Mainly because the starting price of a Android device is nearly a 10th of the lowest priced iOS device.
In terms of a first step towards smartphone and smart apps then android is a winner. Not everyone can afford even the cheapest model of iPhone. Just my thoughts.

I think a few topics you guys can add for the next time will be security and upgrade ability, and by upgrade I mean changing to a new phone. The clear winner will definitely be iPhone but what is surprising is by how much, since you don’t loose anything and is really easy and reliable. And on android is a huge pain most of the time.

MKBHD is incredibly partial to Apple products. He always was. I don’t expect anymore from him. But I expected more of a fair comparison from your side Arun. Disappointed that it wasn’t.
I just can’t believe you gave a tie for display with that hideous notch from 2018. I for one use the split screen a lot. I also can’t stress enough the convenience of having the type C port for all round connectivity which you didn’t even mention. I’m sure having type c is way more important to a lot of people than face time and imessage. Air drop may be good, but Android’s Nearby share is almost just as good. There’s also a 100 other things that Android is better at. You just conveniently missed it out.

I agree with marques on most of his points. i use both android and iphone and android has some crazy features like huge batteries fast charging “better” cameras ram etc and yet most of them are just “extra” you know they are not really used that much (for eg. Samsung zoom) but on the other hand iphone has few features but it does most of things extremely well and consistently too.

So basically the iPhone is the best all-around phone, but you can find particular Android phones that do any specific feature better than the iPhone.
