I don’t know about ECO Consciousness… Apple does tend to make claims and then the reality is different. Apple claims “carbon neutral’, but what does that mean? Does that include manufacturing? Logistics? For example their iphones uses their proprietary lightning connector and for any other apple device it’s usb-c. So instead of one cable – now it’s two. And it will be delivered in separate packages probably even in separate trucks. And their wireless charging (which I assume after the EU law will become the only charging) is super wasteful… All wireless charging is wasteful. Not to even start on right to repair. So how far is that statement “carbon neutral” goes?

I bought the iPhone 13 pro to replace my Galaxy Note 10 because of the supposedly excellent camera and was so disappointed with the photo quality. The photos look like watercolor paintings. They are so over processed. They are the worst photos I’ve seen on a smartphone.

How the times have changed – even the Android fanboys have grown tired of the extremely slow process it takes to iron out the bugs. With time, the Apple ecosystem does make more sense, now that every manufacturer is forcing an ecosystem.

There should be a whole personality test phone matchup system running for people to decide which phone to go for cause beyond specs, it’s about how the phone compliments you as a person, how you perceive your self with the phone in your hand.
Again, it seems the major difference between the two phones is the “we want to get even better” factor, which involves TAKING RISKS. Apple has done that more than all other brands, while Samsung has always played it safe.
Look at it this way. If you had to choose between 2 suitors, a Yes-man who’s out to simply make you happy and a more principled man who’s not afraid to tell you “no”, (since Apple doesn’t allow a lot of things that are regarded as “normal” on other Android devices)
Who would you choose? That’s the phone you need.
