I really don’t agree with the performance part. Sure iPhones have the better stats but if you go to game emulation iPhones are clearly the loser. So the point should go to Android

If iPhones were that eco concious you wouldn’t have to buy a new iPhone Instead of just repairing a broken part. Android is much more repairable since their replacement parts are available and can be serviced easily . Right to repair.. so the phone doesn’t end up in the landfill just because of a small problem.

these comparisons don’t make sense to me, it should be iOS vs Android , or iPhone vs an Android phone , not all phones that use android. iPhone battery vs ROG battery , iPhone display vs Samsung display, iPhone camera vs vivo or pixel camera …. how does that make sense…

Overall in general Android is better. However some companies using Android are getting just as bad as Apple. In general Android is more open, more customizable, able to be better secured, has more choice, and more pro right to repair.

However as time goes on companies like Samsung and Google have become more like Apple. Goggle has gone out of its way to make newer Pixel models less right to repair friendly. Samsung disables the camera if you unlock the bootloader to install a custom rom. Things like these are taking Android backwards.

People should be able to do what they want with the products they buy, get the parts to fix those products, and either fix it themselves or decide who they want to let fix it. It shouldn’t matter if the product is an Apple phone, a Tesla car, or a Cuisinart coffee maker.

I think they skipped over a lot of important topics. Like how you are pushed into their services, so which one has better services? icloud vs google. compatibility with other devices, which ones have better app support, other things like that. They touched on airdrop, but that is just bluetooth repackaged with apple branding, and then bluetooth on iphone is hampered to force people to use airdrop instead.

i think Android Should Have won the Screen, Battery, Photo and the category about the environment
(as the whole point of android is that you have the choice to pick something that better suits you individually)
